Production Capacity.
Our new production facility, the construction of which was completed at the end of 2019, contains production capacity that allows us to deliver to clients up to 400 units of PVC windows and doors per day.
Expansion capacity when concluding larger contracts is envisaged.
Technologies, Machines, and Profiles.
We use high-quality materials, which are produced in Bulgaria and the EU and which satisfy even the most demanding consumers. We supply large series of standard and non-standard products for various sites – from private homes to hotel complexes, office buildings and industrial sites. This requires the technological capabilities and flexibility of production that we have.
The profiles we use in the production of PVC windows / doors and other PVC products are made by the companies INOUTIC (Germany), and Profilink (Bulgaria). Both profile systems have tests and certificates from IFT Rosenheim – https://www.ift-rosenheim.de/.
With them, we can satisfy all modern requirements on the European market regarding the efficient energy saving (heat transfer coefficient up to 0.64 W/K, perfect sound insulation, elegant design, long life.
Quality Certificates and Standards.
All company products have a European certificate of conformity CE, the company has been certified and is managed according to the production and production quality standards – ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015; BS OHSAS 18001:2007,BDS ISO 45000:2018. The internal processes are managed by a modern ERP system, which monitors all the company’s indicators through a BI module. Of course, it also includes a CRM system.
Warranties.
All delivery conditions and warranty options are included in the contracts with our clients and are strictly observed so that the work can be comfortable and easy for both parties. Our belief is that the issues related to warranty service must be resolved quickly and with the participation of our partners, so that we can find a working solution in a short time and in an effective manner.
